How to prepare Sun-Dried tomatoes the traditional way, under the sun. This process is not fast, but the result is delicious, packed in olive oil, then eaten as an antipasto (appetizer before a meal) or as a snack, on lightly toasted slices of hearty, crusty bread.
Try using Plum or Roma tomates. They are meatier and have les seeds and juice. But other kind like Heirloom tomatoes work too.
