This song reminds of the times I spent with my brother when he was a baby. He was born in 1994, and this song would resonate with us as he acted like Simba and I was like Mufasa. We played a lot together, we fought a lot together, but we are inseperable brothers, even to this day. I'd play this song in front of him, and he'd burst into tears, remembering the old days. I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it. In my opinion, romantic love should not be on the highest pedestal. In my opinion, parents and siblings' family love is the strongest. Family knows who you are. Romance is fake for lots of people, put on a false persona and romance on most parts gets ugly real fast. For the reality of romance is no Disney love story. Parents and siblings' family love is one of the strongest types of love there is. If romantic love is actually real, it would be one of the weakest types of love there is.

I'd say that this was the height of his career, actually. Between this song and the remake of Candle in the Wind he sold more records than he ever had before, and he had already sold massive numbers. If not for an 80s funk he was pretty much unstoppable from the 70s until the 2000s, and only then because he stopped performing as much.

The last generation without phones etc , I cherish such thoughts born may 1992 . We played outside , no seatbelt in the car and we learned rules and boundaries and respect .
