It's almost as if Trump is a genuinely caring person and he just has this false image created by the lying media to steer people away from voting for him. Hm... Odd... But to stop the sarcasm, if you actually watch Trump speeches and see who he really is, he's just one of the guys. He's an average person who's doing the best he knows how. He's not some maniac dictator, he's an American trying his best and doing a damn good job at it. He's an incredibly successful man, so it's not arrogance, it's the proper amount of confidence in your abilities based on your objective and measurable success. Thank you trump for honoring my cousin and thinking of him. We are just glad he finally got recognized no matter who gave it to him. It's just a damn shame that real close family couldnt be there to receive it for him. The Smith's are very hurt by that as so am I but atleast he got it. We would of shows up with pride for him & we could never be prouder. We know Elvis would of lit up like a kid on his favorite roller coaster and wore it showing it off for weeks lol. Jack Soden has been there since the beginning with Priscilla and his stewardship of EPE makes him a deserving proxy for the Presley family. That said, regardless of Pricilla's supreme efforts to protect Elvis legacy, I wouldn't expect her to be invited as she divorced Elvis and by law is not kin. Lisa, on the other hand -- the politics is too much for her. Her LA friends would never forgive her for giving Trump any positive engagement. Which is sad, of course, but expected.

Another thing we agree on is that Lisa Marie not only disgraced her father but also us fans. The next candlelight vigil with her in attendance could get ugly. She recently sgned off on a slew of commercial use contracts, including group talk on Iphone.
