The title was a wish in vinyl after two years out of the studio owing to his Army service. Elvis laid down the Fred Wise / Ben Weisman composition on March 20, 1960 in Nashville for imminent release as the B-side of his newly-recorded single in almost two years, with " Stuck On You" on the A-side. The last lines of the song laid down the challenge to his fans: " To know that you love me / Brings fame and fortune my way". As a B-side the song peaked at #17. The track received and album release on Elvis` Golden Records Vol.3, and later on Worldwide Gold Award Hits Vol.2, A Valentine Gift For You, The Great Performances, From Nashville To Memphis, CD re-releases and the FTD classic album re-release of Elvis Is Back!, and Hitstory.
Elvis sang the song on his homecoming TV appearance on the " Frank Sinatra Show" in a taping less than a week after he laid the track down (released on Platinum: A Life in Music).
An early take from the original recording session has appeared on Elvis: A Legendary Performer Vol.3; other takes were officially released on FTD albums Fame and Fortune and Elvis Is Back!
