It's amazing to me how so many Elvis fans point to Linda as one who truly cared about him and always says nice things about him. What a joke!! You mean after all the times she publicly discussed how she saved his life, pulled his face out of the soup, the apple core out of his mouth! How she made the movie "Elvis and the Beauty Queen." Then, she wrote her book and had the nerve last year at Elvis Week 2023 claim that she waited 40 years to write the book because she didn't want to capitalize off of his name. Do you really think anyone bought her book to read about Jenner or Foster! Then she went on to claim, that she was the one who broke up with Elvis, but in reality he had been pushing her out. That was the reason that he bought her house in 3/75, the same month that he brought Sheila Ryan to Graceland asked her to move in. And that's why she ran up his credit card $30,000. Further, Diane Goodman, who met Elvis in 7/75, said that Elvis told her that he was looking for another "long term" relationship. In 1980 Linda was being interviewed to be a witness at the Dr. Nick trial. During the interview Linda said that she considered marrying Elvis but decided not to because she not only OBJECTED TO HIS LIFESTYLE, but OBJECTED TO HIS ENTIRE PERSON. ("Death of Elvis"). That's when I started to take a closer look at her. Although she still monetarily capitalizes off of his name, she now refers to him as "marsh mellow lips," as she continues to garner the title "Best girlfriend ever" as her legacy.

@@stjohnbaby Unfortunately, we know intimate details about their marriage because Prissy, who "claims" Elvis to be the "love of her life" exposed them! Tacky! Furthermore, the only reason that marriage took place in the first place was because he was "blackmailed" into it. After separating in 2/72, and before going on vacation in Hawaii with Mike S. in 8/72, Prissy requested that a Termination Agreement (divides assets, still married but can legally live separately) be signed. Elvis' attorney compiled it and Elvis signed it. While in Hawaii, Prissy was having a case of "buyer's remorse," when she called Elvis asking that he take her back. Elvis said, no thanks. The divorce was finalized 10/73. Prissy and Linda have many similarities, imo.

Linda's book is what got me even more interested in Elvis about 5 or 6 years ago i read it and I've been an Elvis fanatic ever since 😂. I remember my mother & stepfather (r.i.p to him) listening to Elvis's music some nights when they had their beers after work when I was like 12 & I was so mesmerized by his sound there isn't anyone else that can sing like him, I know true Elvis fan's know what I'm talking about.......it's like a perfect sound and sometimes I will hear an impressionist and they are pretty good, but they aren't Elvis ❤

I used to think Linda was his best match, and in some ways they were, but she got involved with three very rich and famous men while they were still married: Elvis, Bruce Jenner, and David Foster. Yes, all three marriages were in some state of deterioration, but why would a prudish, conservative (her words) woman insert herself into three high-profile marriages that still had a chance at reconciliation? Linda dressed to impress and did so frequently on Elvis’s dime. Granted, he allowed it because he felt his female companions were a reflection on him. This may sound controversial and condescending, but I do believe they were only companions in his mind. He told Billy Smith he didn’t see himself marrying again and also recognized that any woman he stayed with more than 5 years could claim they had a common law marriage. Because he wasn’t comfortable with confrontation, I believe his habit of moving on to other women was his way of hinting that it was time for the old girlfriend to move on. His relationship with Linda was over about a year before she decided to leave. Two days before he passed he told stepbrother Billy Stanley he had only been in love twice and that he’d never be able to guess who they were. That means not Ginger, Linda, or Priscilla, who Billy all knew, and probably not the oft-rumored Ann Margret, who Billy would have guessed. I suspect the ones he loved most are a mystery because he didn’t have a big romance with either woman. They probably weren’t raving beauties but had a tender heart like him.

Linda seems like a decent person, but I do not believe she is as wonderful as some people think. She claims she declined Elvis' proposal to get married, but there are many people who said he didn't ask her. He cheated on her the same way he cheated on Priscilla. Linda had an affair with David Briggs, Elvis' band member, and she also charged over $30,000 on Elvis' credit cards. I believe he loved her as much as he could love any woman. He eventually asked her to move out and he moved on to have a relationship with Sheila Cann. I haven't seen many photos of Elvis looking at Linda the way he looked at Priscilla during the early years of their relationship. Look at the videos of Elvis and Priscilla and compare them to those with Linda. Honestly, if I was Linda, I would be insulted that it took all these years to be invited to Elvis week. Say what you want about Priscilla but if it wasn't for her, there would be no Graceland nor Elvis week!

Thanks for this…..she is realy loveley. She has so much nice stories to tell about Elvis. Prissie wrote in her book that she and Elvis were always surrounded with his friends??? How did she got pregnant then? She also picture herself as a real victim when she and Elvis met in Germany from the press. And always portraited herself as a little innocent girl. Saw yesterday a different story that she wasn’t a vergin and lied about that to Elvis. Linda talks so nice about Elvis. Linda should been born earlier and then met Elvis before he met Prissie. Linda told in an interview that she knew thatElvis cheated on her with other women but accepted that ( handsome men don’t have just one woman). But the reason she left him was that she wanted a “normal” life, not to live like a vampire ( living in the night and sleep during the day). I like her 10 times more than his ex!

I haven’t watched this yet & I guarantee you she will talk all about how close her and Elvis were especially the 1st year together 24/7 lol. Every time she does nothing but talks about herself sadly. And a very talented and motivated person in her own right. I'm grateful that she's still available to share her personal accounts of what it was like to be with Elvis. So we can know something about the real man he was. I think we're so lucky she can be there at Elvis week!

Linda's going out for the title "Best girlfriend ever" as part of her legacy. Why did Elvis need to buy her a house in 3/75? Why did she need a house when she was living at Graceland? Because he was pushing her out. He was done with Linda. In my opinion, Elvis was really through with Linda after the first year. As far as Sam T. he was only with Elvis for about 1 1/2 years and was planning on quitting.

Proof Linda lies. Just before the 10 minute mark, she says Elvis told her he wasnt married anymore. Well, they met in 1972, yet Elvis and Priscilla didn't get divorced until October of 1973. So even though they were separated, they were still married.

That marriage was almost over...it's just a legal technicality...they were separated, Priscilla was living with someone else in LA and neither of them had any intention of saving that marriage. Let's not be hypocrites please...Elvis already considered himself free if he told her that. I doubt you would have dated him unless you had his divorce papers in your hands 😂😂😂
