In all seriousness, I think a good way to counter this is rotating your supports or even your entire team to the alch lane and use the triple wave to get a fast mid tower. The other heroes can be left alone because they literally have nothing to farm anyway.

There was a fun time in dota1 Pro scene when SF was really weak compared to storm levels 1 to 3 so you'd see your pos 5 CM stay mid to harass the storm out of lane so SF could build his necromastery up and then out farm storm rest of the game. Haven't seen a dual lane mid for awhile
