I also love the idea of painting the backside for a different holiday. Pumpkins on one side and Jack-o-lantern on back, winter tree and decorated tree on back and the colorful flowers with sunflowers on back!

I agree with you. I was thinking you could put Happy Thanksgiving on one side of the pumpkins and what about sunflowers on one side and poinsettias on the other. Or paint the standing pumpkins white on one side and turn them into a "snowman."

Everytime I see you under your Hudson Bay wool with stripes on the bottom and stitches for points I want to kick myself for selling mine at an antique show didn't even get what I wanted for it it had 4 points and I desperately needed $$ so I put $150 on it and an elderly man kept at me to sell it to him for $50, near the end of the sale I caved in and sold it for $50, he sure got a deal on a true piece of Canadiana, I regret that I sold it

This is such a great idea. Elysia, you really worked so hard on all of that saw cutting and you're so creative! 💖 I'm not a fan of commercial holidays, but I i love decorating for the seasons throughout the year. Fall & Harvest is one of my favorites. Beach is another favorite. I live on the West Coast of Northern California, and so I love beach themes. I'm thinking maybe some crab pots, surf boards, or beach balls/life savers in the back of the truck for the warmer months would be so cute too? You really got me interested in crafting again! Thank you Elysia and English Family, I had so much fun creating my first craft with your create along video today. My truck turned out so so cute and the add ons are adorable. I painted the back of my stacked pumpkins into a snowman. I am waiting for my August box that I ordered a while back and exited to catch up and create that as well. These would be cute as a door hanger by themselves or the inside of a wreath. Glue magnets to the truck and the changeable season piece so they don't fall off as door opens and closes. Good for a mans door, sometimes hard to find decor not feminine. Could paint 2 sided so you just flip around to change. Farmer, fishing, hunting, holidays or birthdays etc. Great for apts or retirement home just add wire on back to hang on door.
