Loved this video! Rocker chic style is my favorite. Thanks for the outfit inspiration! I feel like this style looks amazing on flamboyant naturals, especially since you talked about the T-shape, loose layering, and tousled hair. To me it’s like boho but with an edge. I use Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for outfit inspo, she pulls off this look really well.

Love this! For some reason I have been able to do the rocker thing, it does help that metal is one of my favorite type of music. Don’t forget the shag! Shag haircuts have been around since the 70’s for rockers think Joan Jet. You might want to check out Lita Ford she’s from the 80’s her makeup is a bit more of the frosty look of the 80’s. Elyssa, I’m a soft natural. When I found out about Kibbe I knew I was not a dramatic, classic or gamine. Through trail and error I was going back and forth between soft dramatic and soft natural, until I did notice that soft dramatic was “too” much for me. I do love elements of soft dramatics.

I'm nearly 47, but I still wear this. It's what I feel comfortable in. Skinny black jeans/jeggings and leggings and the 3 times too big tshirts and sweaters hide your tummy, after having kids and my band shirts are from Guns Roses, KIZZ, Blondie, BVB, Pierce the Veil etc

I really love your video styles-- I feel like you're probably the biggest STYLE creator on here I've seen, really explaining aspects of certain aesthetics instead of focusing just on fashion through a Kibbe (or Kitchener, or McJimsey, or whatever) lens. I love both, I'm a few months into this rabbit hole and I think I've only just figured out my Kibbe ID lol. But I think you're helping me to understand actual style a bit more. I feel like I "get" style pretty well and know how to create it, but before this video, I even would've likely said I'm more rock chic that I would say now that I've watched you talk for 6 minutes!

PLEASE can you make a vid on how flamboyant naturals (or diff natural types) can wear this look, not just classics? It's my FAVE and i would find it SO helpful. I also like classic french of more elegant, streamlined look, and i'm sad because it seems everything for fb if oversized and boho and that's not my style at ALL. I actually don't look best in oversized OR clingy. Very form fitting looks best, which seems to contradict my type? Very weird lol. Also do you have a pinterest board for these looks? This is the style that I identify most. But I found it quite difficult to follow the style in summer, at the beach, on a vacation trip, for example. I feel uncomfortable when everybody is using bright colors and flower patterns, I don't know.
