Hi Wali, you should have announced that you are coming here, I would have joined you. Still some details are missing about the community. Its wonderful community to live in. Following details are missing: Nearest shopping area is south village that has saudi german clinic, geant supermarket but for the proper grocery we have LULU in Dubai south. Apart from this all types of deliveries are available. There is a school planned to be opened in 25/26 within the community but lately Gems is opening a school in Dubai south 15 mins drive (so no need to go to DIP). I have been living here since one year and for one time drive it will look far to you but interesting fact is that it takes much less time to reach home than from marina to downtown (approx 25-30 minutes from JLT/Marina). Apart from this we have clinics in dubai south (15 mins away). The emergency and trauma center jebel ali is very close to this community (in case of emergencies). Mosque construction has already started.

The first floor in urbana (townhomes) are all 2bhk while ground floor are 3bhk, having more rent and price
