The title says scrubbing for Zoho CAMPAIGNS, but you are exporting and importing from the Contacts / Leads module, NOT the Campaigns-Contacts. Do you have a video that shows this working for the actual Campaigns-Contacts? For example, when exporting the Contacts from the CAMPAIGNS module, there is not field for system ID, etc... wondering if the cleaned email addresses that are uploaded will be updated properly if the upload file has no unique system identifier. Perhaps it uses the email field in Campaign-Contacts?

Do you only have Campaigns and not CRM? The Campaigns contacts module is very limited which is why it is a best practice to use the CRM as your point of truth for all your leads and contacts. From there Campaigns can sync to the CRM and update the contacts. The updates from CRM to Campaigns will reflect on the contacts in Campaigns. Otherwise you could export all your contacts from Campaigns, run them through Clearout, then import them back into campaigns separately with tags applied to them. I would recommend though just doing the first, since the second isn't a best practice.
