More simple than that.. create a filter: email that contain the word unsubscribe and redirect those email to an other folder.. all the junks are gone from your inbox

I noticed you are using Gmail, instead of Mac mail, I recently struggled to do the same, but found that with Gmail, apart of the distraction of the general presentation, I feel like I am not in control of my emails ( conversation view, and other things) at least on the iPhone version, desktop is acceptable, but still I went back to Mac Mail.
