On the same token I hate it when people focus a lot when a singer changes and then forget that the rest of the band still exists and can continue to write music. I agree a vocalist change is a huge factor in identifying a band but it doesn't kill the band. It also starts debates that last for years among fans about who fit better etc and people stop enjoying the music. Saosin is a good example. I don't meet many people who like Saosin but when I do, AG is usually the first thing they mention.

I met Jonny at the AP Tour in Pomona, CA and he was really FUCKED UP! I could not understand how he was able to perform like that, but I never got the impression that he was a dick. He took pix with me and my girl and we even took pix with him and Vic Fuentes. I hope for his sake that he is clean and does not relapse because he is truly blessed with great talent.
