Squat look is an absolute fail. That out of the way, hell of an undertaking for one guy and on jack stands. Way to go. Wish you had at least double stacked the tires or something to stop the truck from falling all the way to the ground if it fell. Too many people die every year being crushed by vehicles. But hey, you lived! You now need to do some research about drive shaft angle and algnment geometry. It all changes and especially with a 6 in lift. They also make shims to tilt the axles to the new needed angle. Squat look is an absolute fail.

Double check your measurements for the new front leafs. The shackle is supposed to be vertical, it still looks to be horizontal. The hangers are too close together and the suspension isn’t going to work properly. You shouldn’t have to use a ratchet strap to install a leaf spring, it should just slip in. Nice truck though. 🤙🏻
