i wouldn't be shocked if this appeared on a logo used in 1996

I've always found it odd how "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" just cuts in rather than fades. It's like this was originally meant as a multi-purpose logo or something.

@@Father_of_Death Ok. So, I see, you're videos are all NTSC VHS openings that I am not pleased of (hence the VHS tape for WHEN HARRY MET SALLY)

@@awakawiateazrutyialocinadn5207 to each their own. That particular tape is incredibly rare as it was sold in a boxset with "City Slickers", "Mr. Saturday Night" and "The Princess Bride" From what I read New Line tried to save Nelson but they weren't successful so they had to sell the library including the home video rights to Embassy/DEG and Castle Rock to Epic Productions who'd later fold into Crédit Lyonnais Bank.

@@Father_of_Death Exactly MGM bought out the home video rights from PolyGram (which was acquired by Seagram/MCA from Royal Philips Electronics in 1998, renaming the company as Universal Studios)

@@Father_of_Death You're exactly right! Since 1997, Embassy Home Entertainment and later New Line Home Entertainment under Warner Home Video, a Time Warner company were pretty much damned better than the so-so Nelson Entertainment. The real facts were Warner Home Video had to sell the MGM library, which including UA, Orion, American International, Goldwyn, Mirisch, Cannon, 21st Century, Gladden and Sherwood. Including the home video to Embassy/DDLC/StudioCanal and Turner Entertainment (such as Castle Rock, Fine Line) to Epic Productions who'd later fold into CL Bank.
