Very interesting video!!! For how many minutes did you bake them and at what degrees? Is there the risk to ruin the bezels cause is metallic? Thank you!
@myclayco2 ай бұрын
Thanks! It’s polymer clay, most you bake for around 30 minutes and it’s baked at a low temp (normally around 130c) so not hot enough to effect that metal 😊

Hola! Gracias por los videos!! He aprendido mucho!!! Tengo una pregunta… ¿es necesario aplicar resina o algún otro producto después de usar los marcadores?

Our pleasure! Yes, if you’re using paint pens you should seal them with either a glaze, varnish or resin 😊

Thanks so much. Do you have a gloss finish that you favour other than resin? Also I don't have the proper name but do you have a tutorial on the connecting (bales?) that hang the pendants onto the chain or thong? Sorry I'm new to the whole craft thing and don't know the names yet. I think there's a way of making them from the clay itself as well. 😀
@myclayco7 ай бұрын
We normally use Sculpey or Cernit gloss glaze if we’re not using resin and want a gloss finish. It will not be shiny and domed like resin though, it will just be a thin coat of gloss but we love it because it’s easy to apply and doesn’t go sticky! We will have to add a tutorial on using bales to our list! I don’t think I’ve seen them made out of polymer clay so will have to look into that! Thanks for the suggestion 😊

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, I do sometimes apologise for that issue! It is quite hard working back from the camera sometimes and some things require a little extra precision which is hard when you can’t see. I’ve tried filming from the side but then my hands block the view - if you have any suggestions we would love to hear them!
