Jon Moxley makes more money now then WWE offered him. His AEW contract is a lot smaller, but he works NJPW, AAA and indies. He also gets merchandizing money, unlike WWE. If you are willing to work, you can make more money. WWE employees (not wrestlers) can't work anywhere else.
@thebadguychinli40112 жыл бұрын
@@mprice6683 but why does that matter? Are you watching WWE for the wrestling or the business? Like come on if you don’t work for WWE stop worrying about what goes on behind the scenes

@@thebadguychinli4011 The WWE fanboy/fangirl excuses keep coming and they get more and more delusional. Because you can't defend their actions, you deflect is now "why should we care". You are the same WWE bootlickers that claimed it was the end of the world when Tony Khan clapped back at Big Swole when he shouldn't have. I bet you weren't giving AEW your silly excuse in that instance. WWE mistreats their employees and doesn't care about their fans. You continue to support a company that hates you. You really should care and maybe seek out help to get out of your cult.
@anxofernandez33442 жыл бұрын
She belongs in AEW like many others. WWE was never gonna use her well, not to her fullest potential anyways. I don't think she was made for WWE but she fits perfectly in AEW. They have different styles and philosophies and that's absolutely fine. WWE is more about the showbiz, the "entertainment" aspect of pro wrestling, appealing to a large audience and above all making money. AEW is more like the independents on steroids, it's about the "art form", about the matches, the buzz on social media, appealing to a young adult audience of dedicated fans, working with other promotions and whatnot. Athena fits there much better than Ember Moon ever did in the WWE.

Oh stop it already. I think AEW has proven that wrestlers won’t do any better there. I thought guys like Miro and Andrade were going to be giant stars? Adam Cole was way, way bigger in NXT which is developmental. AEW is a niche product and isn’t going to make anyone a star.

With the way WWE releases people, you should always take the money! You could sign a 5 year contract and be released the 2nd year. Take the money and save up. It's not many wrestling companies that will pay like that. Also if you don't want to re-sign, it makes sense to release you.
@LadyAstarionAncunin2 жыл бұрын
Not everyone is that motivated for money that they would stay at a company they're miserable in. She already said she kept thinking each day would be the day she quit. Not everyone prioritizes money over happiness. To each their own, but I identify with her (and I've been put on such a spot before and made the same choice). Maybe if I had kids/a family. But I can afford to choose happiness. If I'm not happy, it's far more dangerous than being poor. Been poor, done that. And being unhappy has always been so much worse and more dangerous.
@denorwhi2 жыл бұрын
@@LadyAstarionAncunin In her case, as a professional woman wrestler in her mid 30s, she doesn't have a lot of time and opportunities left. Ember is a great wrestler and I personally would have pushed her. She's very talented. However, she has not been pushed to the moon to the point where she has a legacy and will be called for multiple wrestling opportunities. People like Asuka, Becky Lynch, Lita, Trish, and Charlotte are all mid 30s and 40s but already built their legacies and will get offered big money anywhere. Ember won't get offered that kind of money again. They asked her to train others and sit home sometimes not join a drug cartel lol. We have to be responsible so we are not creating generations of poverty and struggle. That has to go ALONG with happiness. That money could have made it so she was retired in her 50s and 60s not still trying to wrestle because she needs the money. You have to think about your future.
