Yeah and also saying shit like that to Ember is not cool at all because she isn't a new talent, she was a well established talent who won the NXT women's title so you shouldn't disrespect her like that. That what pisses me off is that some of the writers WWE seem completely clueless as to what's been going on on other brands and mainly focus on the main roster. But I doubt anyone of them would say this shit to Gunther.

WWE is crazy for letting Ember Moon go. She’s freaking gorgeous, can wrestle, can talk and was amazing at commentary too. Just proves how out of touch Vince is. I’m still dumbfounded at that they let ones like Ember or Kross go. Then they wonder why they can’t find the next breakout star.

Got hired to make an X-Men movie in 2000? You did your research. This is why the writers WWE hired couldn’t hack it in Hollywood. One of my frustrations with WWE is the lack of preparation done before a wrestler is physically promoted to the main roster. Too often a talent is so successful on NXT, but often Vince/Creative doesn't know what to do with him/her, another talent is fired. Sometimes it will be reported that Vince "doesn't get that person." Huh?? He's the one responsible for the promoting, isn't he?? Why would a employer promote an employee without a reason. Okay, I get it. Different writing staff needs to get to know the newly promoted. Why aren't the writers busy getting to know them before they make the jump? The NXT wrestlers have a rapport with their writers. Sometimes things work out but other times Vince/Creative don't have the foggiest idea what to do with them. To say that Vince/Creative is not as creative as the NXT writers might be rude. Why couldn't NXT writers communicate with Vince/Creative to make the best transition possible? I don't know how much advance notice is given so the 2 writing staffs could do things. An NXT storyline is left dangling. By the 2 staffs communicating they might be able to utilize at least some of what has been prepared. Simply switching opponents likely would not work, but something could be accomplished. Vince/Creative should have story ideas ready to use that would provide 4-8 weeks of matches for the newly promoted wrestlers. I cringe when I see a story about WWE wrestlers being "released" when plain-speaking, they've been fired. And some that have been "released" had made WWE plenty of dough. There's an old phrase about killing the goose that laid the golden eggs. And those "no compete" clauses stink. What about wrestlers who are non-American citizens here on work visas? If they can't find new employment quickly enough before their visas expire, they have to go back home.

I feel like this could so easily be solved by like... one .doc file of your characters history. "Here's my character, here are my past rivalries, here are the belts I held, etc." The real truth is that they don't CARE about the people coming in, and their history and characters. Which is just... bad business. Learn how to utilize your staff, good grief. Unprofessional.

I feel that if someone is a writer at WWE they should be writing the movies and whatnot that the company produces with their wrestlers, as writers have no place in wrestling. Bookers and road agents, it's all that's necessary.

At the end the day the WWE is a business and the reality is Ember is not a draw or a money maker. It is the talents role to get themselves over if not then you will have a limited career push. She was talking about dressing like Mandy Rose, but she wears the same amount of clothing as Mandy Rose. A lot of these WWE wrestlers are hypocrites they complain about dressing 'sexy' or being 'sexualised' but six months later they are on OnlyFans making money based on how they look.

If it was just some nxt stars that didn't pan out in the wwe, you could blame the talent. But when the vast majority of nxt stars that were over on nxt fizzle out in the wwe, then it's a problem with creative. That's why so few superstars have been made in the last 15 years.

Gee, imagine if it were like the territories, where the wrestler would get trained and decide, "I'm going to do a cowboy thing, or an All-American football thing, that'll be my thing!" Then he sent in audition and demo tapes to different promoters (WWE, AEW, AAA, New Japan...) and the promoter decides, "Yeah, I can use that thing! I'll take you for six months, a year, two years!"

You didn't understand her issue at all. The problem is that they were trying to make all the women the same.
