David here! I was more than happy with what I got for the stuff. Just a little camera shy 😅 Pete is welcome back any time! It will be nice to have a video of what it looked like in there before it gets completely cleaned out. Any good stuff will be sold and the rest will get scrapped/thrown out. Thanks again Pete!

The seller should get whatever amount he can from Peter. Most is junk for metal scrap, however, there are vintage items that can be resold. That being said, the seller needs to empty his warehouse and grab whatever money is being offered to him, I really enjoyed watching this back in the past video. Great video Pete!

What a video, you should get your own show "Craigslist Picker". Seeing this man's hoard made me really sad because I know what he felt. This was his life, his pride and joy, no matter what others thought this was his kingdom and it's now gone. It needed to be done because all of the items would rot, rust, and just become useless if left as is. Pete is doing a service by getting items and reselling them to people who will use and appreciate them. I think that the grandfather would approve and respect Pete for repurposing his items and not letting them go to waste.

@ 2:08 the only way to experience this whole place is buy it all in one shot rent the building for 6 months and sell it all between the shop online and a in person sale!... I did this with my stepfathers tool horde after cleaning out just the trash and pricing everything on 3 very large box truck moves, and place adds in everything and any place I could find as a huge tool and miscellaneous sale, I sold everything but the surveyor's equipment, in two weekends out of my garage, I had people stopping by during the week because they knew I was bringing more. We made over 30k from two yard sales, I could only imagine what this place would pull!!! My stepdad only had a quarter of the inventory this place was. Man I really wish I had the money to buy all of that and do the same thing... sh!t I would even work with them and do all the work and take a quarter of the profits as payment, there is allot of money to be made out of that building..

7:18 I really can't believe how you set that ladder up and nobody stopped you... and you're appraising tools. Not mad at yah; knowing value/prices is different than knowing how everything works. ✌️❤🤙

You almost got the jack to work. Just needed the grandson to pull that release up till it clicked. I still use that kind of jack. ❤❤❤

Pete you hit the mother load. Love watching you dig for items. I thought this would be perfect for you as well as for your store. I hope you have another video of you picking same location. You may have already and I just haven’t seen it. Good luck!

Seller looked so disappointed with the offer. lol If he wants more money, he should sell to independent contractors, not to a re-seller.

Hello Pete , you can spend weeks looking and will keep finding cool staff , 500 would be a decent offer for future business , his mistake was not knowing how much to ask .
