That is incorrect. Not sure what it is, but that would be impossible. When I was in the infantry, you would be very fit to be able to do 1.5 miles in under 8 minutes and no way could you sustain that pace for the amount of miles he did and if you calculate it then it is nowhere near 6 mins for every mile.

I can squat 470 lbs, and can bench 360 lbs.My records for body weight exercises are as following: Pull-ups-70, Sit-ups-190, Pushups-170. I can also run two marathons a week. Tomorrow I graduate from SQT and am joining seal team 6.

yo legit, this guy is so credible and i keep listening to his videos, what he says about suffering is so true. And suffering doesn't always mean excruciating pain. It means repetitive uncomfortable exercices done with an attacking attitude, that's how I understand it and that's how I will incorporate it every day in my life. Been doing this for 2 weeks and I am harnessing my resentment, anger and feelings towards a very close relative that treated me bad to endure this suffering and rise like a phoenix. Keep grinding people :)

I believe he's the only person in the history of the military to pass special forces training for the Army (Rangers) Navy (SEALs) and the air Force (JTAC)
