Not really, they need to prove themselves first by beating G5 teams on regular occurrence. NDSU, SDSU, Montana, Montana state are prime candidates when comes to FCS to FBS because every season they prove they can compete by beating or having close match ups with P5 or G5 FBS level schools. One good season doesn’t make them likely candidate to a FBS level. Plus I don’t think they ever play or won against FBS team..

Again, not really. Most P5 schools don’t beat other P5 schools on a regular basis. UCD just needs to show good performances in FCS and the ability to compete against FBS, both of which they’ve been doing.

Thats totally laughable if your basing this off performance, NDSU, SDSU, MT, and MT state have outperformed those schools 10 fold. UC davis for the past 10 years has rarely been talked about or sac state in the big sky. one good season and people are saying this nonsense, gross.

What a performance last night! Missoula is an extremely hostile environment, and all they did was take over the game and the crowd. Tim Plough is a superb coach. Davis has improved every game. The matchup against Montana State will be huge. Go Ags!!!

Why did they get rid of the names of the backs of their jerseys this year great season though reminds me of the Troy Taylor era at sac state

Because they had 30+ Years of success without names on their jerseys / NIL. Current HC Plough was part of that generation. You play for the school not your name.
