Beautifully done, knowing that this is in Bombay where every micro square inch is expensive *this room feels very light and airy* which is super relatable. Not an interior designers or some filmy walals house which is exhibited and displayed over and over. Thank you for sharing. The shaharanpur chairs adds a classy touch

Beautiful house. Loved the choice of fabrics and pieces of furniture, and yes , as you rightly said, there is beauty in imperfections. Most of all I like the way you treasure some special gifts given to you by your sister...the vibrant crayon etching of flowers and the painting that is integral to a Bihari wedding, the chairs custom made by your mother, and the way you have given them pride of place. A nice place to call HOME!
