Reply, please read GEM GTC as per which bidder should have valid Udyam .and bidder should be manufacturer of the quoted item. HE SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN YOUR BID AS MANUFACTURER.

Sir Service Provider ke MSME hain toh usko EMD Exemtion mile Sakta hain Q ke APne Manufacturer ka bataya hum kuch product banate nahi hum sirf ca service dete hain monthly toh kya msme main mile sakta hain EMD exemtion ?

You should be manufacturer of the bid item if it is product bid
