Everybody who follows football thinks that this was Liverpool's song first, due to many factors, particularly as England has 10 times the population of Scotland with wider media coverage worldwide. With Liverpool's European success in the 70s and 80s and more, they could reach a far greater audience than Celtic could during that period.

In Scotland on the same night there were three cup ties that filled 3 stadiums to capacity. Ibrox Park, Hampden Park and Celtic Park. One City - Three Capacity Stadia. Only ever recorded in our City.
