One cultural difference I noticed is that in China usually we do not call "downtown" area but "city center", because most cities develop from the a place near the center and spread to the surrounding. By "center" we also mean people are usually centered at this place.

First, the one you pointed at 17:25 is a cream puff but you ordered a muffin cake instead so there is no white cream in it as the picture shown. Second, the cake you don't like contains pork floss，seaweed and mayonnaise so that it taste salty and fishy.
