Lol you are exagerrating there, I'm European bred and moved to a different EU country and yet I have not been stopped by the police here lol, I have been to the states many times, I love being out at night the most and have never been stopped by police, neither have the Black males I am with. It does not happen to everyone. Despite all the madness that goes down in the US, I can say out of all the countries I have visited, I have enjoyed myself the most in the States so far.

I am Chinese and dont even speak thay well. Congrats bro. Ive been to China dozen of times. There are good and bad days. Alot of people.. Also they love to drinking and smoke.everything is around drinking. I usually tell them I have an allergy to alcohol. I would need to goto hospital.. Also food is a big thing. And people are always willing to pay for your food when you go out. They even fight for the bill. So different than in America.

But hold on a second, this sentence should not be translated literally, the same Chinese grammar structure could also refers to "you are a handsome black man". And according to context, the lady is just referring Fel's a handsome black guy. Trust me bro, she is not hostile. To be more specific, this sentence could be analyzed in the following way linguistically: 他是(He is )黑人(Black man)来说(this word is to imply a certain topic, no actual meaning),长得(looks)比较(comparable)帅的(handsome).

Am a Kenyan working occasionally with Chinese people here but they do not seem to talk too often with us but I have gotten different impressions from the video about the true typical Chinese there . So it is also like us in Africa where the so called wealthy people don't interact with low income . Those Chinese down there are nice to interact with in the streets than those working in our country .
