We have cruise credits for the Casual Dining - this used to mean Alfredos and Gigi's, which apparently don't exist anymore...so where would we use our credits now, for the surcharged 'Casual' Dining?

Does the cruise line assign their guest to one MDR or can you alternatate / rotate between the three?

Princess Cruise's "Dine My Way" allows you to customize your dining experience, including selecting the same (or different) dining rooms for each night. Food looks rather bland. I recommend you try Oceania if really great food is important. We do both lines, but if you like good food, Oceania is the one to beat.
