I play this mod too, anything to do with Downing Street area I flood the place with armed police and TSG vans unless its a normal fire also with the violent crime call, my best suggestion is to send the armed police which is the grey BMW

Anyone playing Emergency having issues with AMD Graphics cards? i have the 5700XT (8 gigs of VRAM) and it struggles to run any of the mods. there's something with the flashing lights that the card REALLY doesn't like. regardless the GPU usage never goes over 60%. had an NVIDIA card with only 4 gigs of ram and it ran the mods perfectly, no lag whatsoever. Thinking of getting a dedicated NVIDIA card just for emergency. silly i know. But that's the question, will a 1 or 2 gig NVIDIA card run EM4 mods with decent performance?

There’s paramedics on bikes and bicycles as well. The bikes can fit through traffic in London much easier than the van with a massive box on the back.
