Emergency alert test sent 23 April 2023.

UK government. It arrived 1 min early. Many people got it up to 20 or 30 mins late. ‘3’ customers didn’t get it at all! They’re expendable.

I mean, the "Severe Alert" part is the category the message is sent in and displayed by the phone's OS, so it's not part of the message. They need to send these test alerts as acutal alerts though, otherwise it wouldn't really be a good test
