Emergency in Thailand: What Happened to Grace?

Grace got sick, really sick! So sick that she had to go to the ER (Emergency Room) to do a breathing treatment and do some tests. Her breathing was so rapid (60 times per minute), her temperature was raised, her heartbeat was elevated, and she was dehydrated. They decided to admit her in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for at least 24 hours to monitor her, do x-rays, labs, and other tests to find out what was wrong. After all of the tests came back, they found that Grace had pneumonia. Grace ended up staying for two nights and three days.
Mom was kind to stay with Grace the whole time she was there. Dad would bring food, toys, games, and puzzles to bring sunshine to the hospital room. Grace is cute in this video as she is upbeat, playful, and funny. Mom and Grace got to spend some quality mommy-daughter time together.
Meanwhile, the boys at home had some yummy food including a huge hamburger that Sam devoured, some Italian pizza, and even a delicious meal that Sam cooked for the family.
We had a KZbin live scheduled for Saturday morning, so Dad and the boys came to Grace's hospital room and we did it there. It worked out really well and we loved connecting with our wonderful community. When we were done, we got a happy surprise that Grace could come home now! She and Mom could not have been more ready and excited to leave. It was a great hospital that took great care of our girl, but you never want to overstay your welcome at the hospital!
We were sure grateful to have Mom and Grace come home and that Grace is feeling so much better!

Even when Grace was at the Hospital, there was no trace of sadness on her face. She was strong, brave and her face always gives the impression, "This is nothing. I can EASILY Recover from this." She remained very energetic. She is an Angel and a Fighter.

Those trees are rubber trees. They get liquid rubber from the tree and make raw rubber mattresses, then dry them in the sun before sending them to manufacturing for production. Tires, gloves, and all rubber products are made of them. Most raw rubber is imported from Thailand.

The fumes that blanket the city will also make people sick, especially children and the elderly. P.M. 2.5 is hazardous to the respiratory system. Please take care.

The smoke and dust by burning sugar Cain and other tinder in the farm is only 10% from Thailand, but another 90% is from 3 of our neighbours country. Because Thailand has the law to control our farmers for not to burn otherwise 2 years in jail. But the neighbors country don't.

It pains me to see Grace in the hospital but it warms my heart whenever she's happy. From 3-13 years old, my daughter was in the hospital about 5x a year due to severe asthma so this brings back flashbacks. Hope Grace gets fully healed. Praying that your whole family remains healthy and safe.
