enya! as someone who quit vaping last year, some things that helped: i bought a hydroflask and would bring it everywheree, so every time i wanted to hit a puff i would drink water from my hydroflask. (also getting water enhancer liquids like mio made the water taste sooo good i was literally drinking water thinking it was lemonade all day every day). i started carrying around dum dum lollipops in my purse and would pop those in my mouth a lot. costco or smart and final have bags of like 200. lots of gum and zins. i know some people like the company ripple because they have nicotine free puffs, but that didn't do it for me as much as much. flossers/toothpicks in my bag helped a lot too! wishing you luck

Alot of vaping stuff for me was my oral fixation part. Sour candies, candies that involve alot of mouth work like sour straps or crunchy nerds. Hard lollipops, ice cold water from a fun straw (spiral straws). I found that an edible every few days did benefit me, and asked my friend to help so she kept it at her house. Quitting was so much harder when vaping became a stim for me cuz im autistic 😭
