Emergency landing Cessna 172 | Step by step with an instructor | PFL | Student pilot PPL

Hi guys.
As I near the end of my syllabus, it's important to go over the basic manoeuvres ready for my skills test. This demo was flown recently and I thought what a useful tool to help aid people.
The instructor gives some gems of information and shows how simple the PFL can be made by acting quickly and decisively.

Thanks very much for sharing, no consideration for wind direction in the overview? The aim is to land into the wind ... correct?

Cheers. :-) Absolutely! I had performed a somewhat subpar PFL prior to my instructor showing this one. The wind was set on the heading bug - another tip I picked up along the way - Use the bug as a wind direction reminder when carrying out the PFL.

It could've been better demo....you should have repeated it for the student.
