I feel the same way about the Mortal Instruments :') It rekindled a passion for reading for me in ninth grade and I'm still so attached to all the characters. Also, I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella and Beauty Queens by Libba Bray are some light, funny books 👯

I felt like Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews was a very funny book. I love Fangirl!! Kind of wonder if I should try reading the Mortal Instruments since you and Emmmabooks love them.

Stardust by Neil Gaiman has many many hilarious scenes and is an all around perfect fantasy novel. Meddling Kids by Edgar Cantero also had me actually laughing out loud!!
