Thanks for your tips. Some things are slightly different in my emergency driving, in fact, I usually use the high tone siren when there is a lot of traffic around here in Florence (Italy) and I usually use low tone siren when traffic is less, because traffic doesn't seem to ear properly low tone sirens here in Italy.
