When my shoe laces are too long, I tie them with the bow part the size I want. Then, I cut the extra off with scissors, and put shoe goo on the tips. I put them right in the tube of shoe goo a little too.

Those shoes are SICK! I'm skating a pair of the Grey low top ones and they're holding up great. Cupsole could be a Lil thinner but other wise super good shoes! Emerica is for sure dope!

Emerica are soon to release the Reynolds vulcanised which I can't wait for cause although the Reynolds are an amazing shoe I personally prefer vulcanised soles. Btw are these the shoes that you wore when you did that 10 foot high kickflip that got its own video?

Those shoes look good - black and black sole, especially cupsole - that's all that I want and need. Though I would probably prefer low top. The Heritic Westgate black/green/gold is something I would like to get badly, those ones look great.

Emerica has been one of my favorite shoes for years still are but another good shoe that I'm liking right now is Terry K's low cuts, really surprised with Supra, I've been skating these shoes for close to 10 months and are still holding up through flip tricks and bowls.

I have a tendency to destroy shoes fast but these have lasted longer than most shoes I've skated in the past. they're comfortable and the Emerica triangle tread has lasted longest for me as well. if you like comfy cupsole shoes I highly recommend them to you!

I like how these have a lot of impact support, although the sole is just too thick for me (makes sense right?). Also they flick really weird for me, and i can barely kickflip anymore. Can anyone recommend a shoe that is thin/ vulc, has good impact support, is durable, and preferably cheap? I know it's a lot to ask, but I need to find a shoe I like.

For that you want Lakais they fit that description. I am mostly a gap skater so I ABSOLUTELY love the reynolds 3, going thru my third pair right now. However, if you still want Emericas you can pick up some Herman G6s those are my ledge skating shoes they have great boardfeel and are extremely durable.

I would've liked these shoes if they didn't have terrible flick. Whenever I did flip tricks down stairs the board wouldn't stay with me. Then I switched back to lakais and I had no problem, they have the best flick!

Ive been skating for the last month and the are the best shoes EVER they are really tough and the shoelaces are higher then most shoes so the shoelacess take a LONG time to wear they are very verytough and way better for skating gaps because they are cupsoles

Not all laces are long, I bought some vans mid tops in teal and the laces are to short and my local skate shop stole the vans of the wall sticker from the box, then tried to charge me $5 for it ! Shame on them
