fade left-go-right to soul arch bottom turn to a vert up the high line to a tight off the lip to the mini tube set up, to the pet the cat to (the most stylish) cutty in the biz back to a soul arch bottom turn, (not over yet) then stand tall & do nothing at all, to a (WTF?!!!!) cross step cheater 5 to a back pedal drop knee cut back to a (finally) soul arch kick-out. Everyone draws their own lines, etc. Emerick seems like he understands the form of the wave and like a sculptor, strokes the work with firm or sensitive hand where needed--( corny analogy, I know). I understand now- No need to explode off the lip on the liquid highway! Beautiful to watch.

I really like this guy's surfing but he needs to relax. Try some long soul arches with your eyes closed. Go into deep relaxation and your surfing will get even better.
