Christ on a saltine... his engineering is a nightmare. The way the robot arms/vehicle doors wrap around, the panels that with 'ablo' on them failing to peg in, the vehicle doors not stretching enough to frame the wheels right... I don't think I'll transform him again.

Oh man. I understand you. I have just transformed my 🤓guy. It was really hard to ignore that engineering ABOMINATION, but at the end, the van mode is amazing)) Yeah, I'll not transform him again

I transformed him once into alt mode after I got him and then left him on the shelf. Some months later I decided to use him as a puzzle project to test my patience, transforming back and forth until I could do it without the doors popping off half way! It’s actually really rewarding to get it as ‘fluid‘ as possible, I have a soft spot for this finicky robot now.

Just got mine in the mail. There really needs to be a middle ground where studio series figures can look good and also be fun to transform, I hate that it feels like I'm always about to break something getting pieces into just the right angles and getting all the clips together. He looks decent though.

Same but, I'm a little upset as Target had him early and he was on sale 4 $20. By the time I saw it, Hasbro had already charged me $25. Not only that but, I got him a week later. So $5 cheaper and I would had gotten him earlier as well. As for the actual transformation, I had to watch the video as I thought I was transforming him wrong. Turned out I wasn't and that it was just poorly designed as I'm not a fan of bending plastics, especially clear plastic.

@saysoun752 yeah, I much prefer the thick hefty plastic of the early 2000s transformers. A lot of the studio series and legacy stuff feels really thin and fragile. Not sure if it's because they cheaped out on plastic or if stuff just has a lot more panels and folding pieces making modern figures feel more fragile

Realatible. The amount of time the rooms just catapult from tne body. Anytim3 I transform the guy... I'm surprised he's not as baa as Ss p1 bumblebee or as most of us call him "bumbelshit" the thing can't even keep himself together without breaking.

That back panel on mine is so tight. I need to shave that tab. It takes so much pressure, I feel like I’m about to break the clear plastic.

I have Wheeljack and Mirage. Between the two of them, I have to say that Wheeljack is the harder of the two to transform. Thank goodness for YT videos like yours to help, otherwise I don't think the paper instructions helped me one iota😂😂😂😂😂

Used to love collecting transformers. When I saw this VW van I knew I had to have it, but was super disappointed at how bad it was. Everything is so stiff. The pieces the instructions are garbage. Pieces hardly lock into place. It’s not even a joy to transform. Immediately returned it. Can mode looks great, but buyer beware.

That was pain. My copy had superrrrrr tight arms like the ball joints were scary tight very fiddly the robot an car mode amazing transformation awful

Harder than expected, keeping him in vehicle mode to avoid transforming him and seeing his hideous robot mode

@@emgo316 you're asking a transformers collector, I've bought many figures I wasn't 100 percent on. Vehicle mode is great, just don't like the robot mode in the movie or as a figure, but it would've been the only one I passed on in the ROTB SS line

I'm a transformers collector too, I don't buy everything. If it doesn't appeal to me, I don't spend the money on it. If all you like is the alt mode, Jada Toys made a great die-cast model of it.
