From what I have seen, this is the supposed "renewal" of the original 2000s Souchaku Henshin series figures. The new logo for this is written "装着変新シリーズ" instead of 装着変身シリーズ, with the kanji 新 (Shin meaning "new") replacing this kanji 身 (Shin for "body"). Henshin (変新) for this new line stands for "New change" as opposed to the original spelling of Henshin (変身) meaning "transformation" or "transforming the body". And of course the word Souchaku (装着) meaning "armor" or "to equip" refers to when the armor dons the body. I liked the Souchaku Henshin (装着変身シリーズ) figures from the early 2000s because they were more sturdy and the armor pieces as well as the feet were made from diecast metal. However, I am not liking this new line because the plastic looks too cheap and fragile.

I will be honest other then the scarf and the antennae I thought that this would be how the spider would look for the bug rangers super sentai team but with silver and purple instead of blue and orange...heck I thought ALL the rangers would look different XD The red one kinda looks like a female but i like it! The blue and gold one kinda looks like a digimon from digimon frontiers XD And that ending just...gosh is that how Geats actually acts!? XD

Like the figure but the one I got had loose legs. Fixed it with Nail Polish. Still pretty cool. Btw do you have Kingohger's Spider Kumonos and OhKuwagataohger action hero figures?
