28:02 that's exactly why I made the Sneakster the way I did. I wanted *low weight* to be a gimmick for one of the vehicles but obviously that's a big disadvantage so I wanted to also give the vehicle a big advantage to compensate. So I was considering giving it higher speed. But then I was thinking: What if you start in 1st with the Sneakster? Won't you just get to run for free? So I decided to instead give it high miniturbo, this way someone with higher speed can catch up and bump you at the very beginning of the race before you get your first mt.
