Emilia was my grandmother and was a Jewish lady. Not African American as some believe. An interesting play none the less.

Seriously you culture thieves will stop at nothing. The dark lady described a woman of color. Read sonnets 127 and 130.

There's no mention here that Emilia may have had Jewish origins, as the descendant from Henry VIII's string musicians who came from Venice. It is left out here. So this play isn't politically correct as much as it would like to be feminist and racially inclusive if it leaves out the possibility of the Dark Lady having cyrpto Sephardic/ Jewish Venetian origins.

Please explain how she transitioned from being a black Hebrew to becoming Jewish? The term Jewish implies the behavior of a certain region or culture. What proof do you have that she was Jewish? What is the ethnicity of a Jewish person? Please read, The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler and from Timbuktu to Babylon by Rudolph Windsor.
