The surnames match. We also know that Subaru killed Geuse and Sirius thinks that Emilia killed Geuse so she wants revenge.

As someone who has thoroughly read up on wrath being Fortuna I don't believe it. Sirius wouldn't be so pissed at Emilia's features if she natively had them. The fact we only see 1 eye, and while we do see elf ears and silver hair on her, I do not believe she originally had them. The fact we can see burn marks around her eyes makes me believe sure burned off her native features and began replacing them with that of what she believed her "husband" found desirable. Also Greed would probably mention something about Wrath being Fortuna considering he tried making her his wife.

Also sidenote, there's 3 aspects of gluttony like there's those 3 beasts like the white whale each representing something different. The witch of Gluttony has some sort of mastery of beasts so the blonde bishop has to be the final aspect since she uses not only beasts, but predators that are known gluttons. So all royal candidates and their parties vs Wrath, Greed, and the 3 aspects of Gluttony with underlings in tow.

I could 100% be wrong and I have not read any of the light novel and am a anime only person, but my guess to support her being Fortuna would have something to do with the fact that Pandora is able to alter reality (in some aspect) and when she "resurected" Fortuna, she altered her memories slightly to not remember Emilia at all or anything else about herself and only know the "love" she had for Petelguese

@brianc1204 There are holes in this theory, namely being in fortuna herself. While Pandora can alter aspects of reality, her ability isn't all powerful. Otherwise, why would she bother pushing out the witch factors to people. If I remember right, Pandora can neither resurrect people once they truly die or take away their free will. Caveat to this: If you're bleeding out, she can stop you from dying moments before you die, which is why you can't kill her. She just keeps undoing/rewriting any damage done. There's also the fact wrath has fire burns not ice burns. That's one of the major issues with the Fortuna theory. None of the explain the burns or bandages to a plausible degree.

I love how rezero does the openings, vauge and doesnt show spoilers. On the other hand Danmachi season 5 spoiling everything in the new op is just crazy.

Beatrice DID say that Shamac would be useless when the controlled peeople approached them because she figured out that it was more like a curse, which it would have no effect on. So they didn't bother using it. Even if it's different in the novel, that's a pretty good way to go around it.

Just watched the outside of madness with my brother (I’m rewatching it’s his first time. He didn’t want to watch but he owed me a show) and we loved it (he was incredibly scarred but he loved it) Going to watch your Analysis video on it later tonight and once we get through season two I’ll watch these videos I swear man. (Still haven’t started season 3) Love your stuff
