The Verse should cap out at Star to Solar system for top tiers like Reid , Cecilus , Base Reinhard & Satella (from Rein's statement of being capable of destroying the Sun , Ceci cutting a star in Arc 8 & Reid destroying a black hole in Arc 6) while The Dragon Sword Reid can potentially scale up to Low Multiversal or 4D with it's capability of destroying Od Laguna the root of everything in creation

Spoliers: Amazing video!! The only thing that needs to be corrected is that, Regulus does talk a lot, but he was never shown to tell hints about how his power works. Subaru only found out because of his knowledge of constellations in our world. No other character other than Subaru would be able to find out about Rugulus’s ability. TLDR: Regulus can beat Gojo in a fight easily.

In the Light Novel, it directly says that Regulus is unbound by every concept that applies to Physics. So he'd be unbound by the concept of space, concept of time, concept of dimensions, concept of speed, gravity, air resistance, inertia etc It's also stated in Volume 19 Chapter 6 that any entity who is bound by concepts is no match for Regulus.

Re:Zero has a practical Pantheon of gods and demigods with outrageous abilities that when you think about it, have no limit, and they all just walk among each other and regular people every day. Even Subaru could be included in that number, if we remember the Pride IF route. Basically anyone with a strong enough Blessing or Authority can be a world-ending, reality-distorting god or monster if they so choose. I mean look at people Regulus and then remember he takes orders from freaking Pandora. It's very easy to get wrapped up in power scaling and go "yeah but Reinhart would win against all of them" but really would he? Define win? Sure no one can beat him in a straight up fight but who says he needs to be fought straight up or at all? He can be tricked or just ignored if we consider Pride IF, Wrath IF, Sirius exploding everyone upon dying, Regulus fighting him almost ad infinitum, Pandora and Echidna sneaking about making/altering history behind the scenes, etc.

One thing to note on one of the reasons why Regulus’s attacks negates durability is because he cuts space itself. It’s is implied a few times by te texts and the author

regulus is still vunerible, if you kill his wifes he dies. but subaru will return back over and over again. well my theory (like a lot of other fans) is subaru can use RbD because he is extremely envious of others and hates himself so much which makes him the perfect host for the envy witch factor. he can exist as long as he hates himself and he envies other peoples lifes, confidence, power, self acceptence, and every other thing.

Essentially he removes himself and whatever he touches out from the flow of time of the world, becoming spacial distortions that can't be affected by any physical law. If he waves his hand to create a small breeze and freezes the air's time, that breeze won't lose any momentum nor dissipate. therefore creating wind blades that can cut through anything. His other ability "Little king" allows him to share a pseudo-lionheart with his wives while freezing the time of his own heart. The rebound would affect only the original heart, while the pseudo ones would be safe and allow him to use his authority freely
