I learned in paralegal school that Disney prides themselves on the idea of TQM - total quality management. It’s essentially a business model that many other places are trying to adopt. Since learning about it, I appreciate watching people experience Disney on such a deeper level. They really go above and beyond to make sure every customer has an amazing experience, even in small ways you may not initially notice. Props to all the employees for going the extra mile with a constant smile.
