In 2018 My wife and I spent our 39th Anniversary at CRT. She got a wand, I, a sword. Besides pictures with the princesses I have one of her with the wishing star and wand, making her wish. Our grandson has the sword, our granddaughter the wand, each has a star. She passed shortly after returning home from that trip. The wishing picture is one of my cherished of the 300 from that trip. Yes, it was worth the money, as well as Memory maker.

Thank you for your condolences. Disney has provided many Magical Experiences, 1997 family trip, 2011 Anniversary trip, 2015 granddaughter seeing Elsa for the first time, she, her parents and my wife and I , 2016 She and I, youngest daughter, her son, her best friend since pre-school (other daughter) granddaughter, then 2018, Now June 28th- July 7th, 13 of us. My fiancé had considered proposing with the engagement package at CRT last year because I dropped some not so subtle hints. In the end, he booked breakfast at Be Our Guest before park open because Beauty and The Beast is my favorite Disney movie. We weren't rushed at all, and we ate in the Rose Gallery. After breakfast he walked me in front of Cinderella's Castle and proposed right in front of the castle as the park opened. Maybe for one of our anniversaries we'll go to Cindy's for a meal.

I took my daughter for her 16th birthday in 2019. It was a short notice trip leaving from Australia, so I was very excited to get a 9pm seating for dinner. We had an audience with Cinderella before we headed upstairs, and we had 4 princesses visit our table throughout the evening. It was such a special birthday, the food was delicious, and we had an absolute ball. Worth every cent.

One of my favorite pieces of advice I got from you was to get a late reservation at Royal Table. First time dining there back in March, our reservation was at 8pm, we got to see and talk (from afar) with Cinderella a few times. My daughter was in heaven (she’s 3), and when we left we were able to get the best pictures of us and the castle!! ♥️

We took our Grandaughter in March of 2020 as it was her first time to WDW. She did the Boutique to get done up as a princess before hand and loved it. We dined at 7:00pm so we could watch the fireworks and had a window table. The interaction with the Princesses was wonderful. The expression on my Lil" Briar's face made it worth every dollar I spent.

Went in Jan 2021. Only offering a wave from Cinderella for character experience. Was my and my husband's first time in the castle, was my daughter's first trip period and it was the last thing we did on our trip. My daughter blew her straw wrapper at my husband, declared the mac and cheese looked and tasted like KFC (that's her favorite) but I would do it and pay it over and over to see how happy and excited she got at seeing at Cinderella and having her wave right at her. My daughter is extremely shy with people she doesn't know and straight up covered her eyes at ALL the characters at Hollywood and Vine (she didn't see a single one on purpose) but I had to hold her back from running to get a hug (unfortunately) I would still do it again. And will next time we go. 100% worth it for us.

Aww! That is too cute! I had breakfast there, in 2014. For me, it was worth it. We got a really nice photo package with Cinderella. We didn't have children with us, but I saw some adorable photos, with Cindy and small children. Snow White and Aurora were so sweet and friendly. It's great for a one time experience. Definitely don't book this until the full princess experience is available again.

WE HAD DINNER HERE ON CHRISTMAS EVENING! IT 3WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ….KIDS LOVED IT. THERE WERE THIRTEEN OF US AND I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. It was worth it pre-pandemic when you could still interact properly with the characters. I did it as a bucket list item in 2019 and even as a single traveller I loved it. They really take care of you in there. The Cast Members were great and one of them even took my phone and said he would get me the best photos from everywhere in the castle. Probably the only time I’d ever give my phone to a stranger! And I was given a wishing star and a wand too (made me a very happy 30 year old!) Nowadays I’m not so sure if it’s worth the cost.

I’ve been to Disneyland over 30 times but I’m going to Disney World for the first time at the end of August into early September. Our first day in the parks will be August 29 which is also my 19th birthday and I knew before we even booked the trip that I wanted to eat here on my birthday. I woke up at 3am on the day that our dining reservations opened so that I could make sure my group got a reservation here. I knew reservations would be hard to get so I got them as soon as possible! I’m so excited to eat here, especially for the amazing experience. The inside of the Disneyland castle is nothing compared to this!

Regarding the price of these character meals, I've been trying to shift from thinking of it as a meal and instead to treat it like an experience that comes with food. So really you are paying for the opportunity to meet some characters and not having to wait on a long line. Plus you get eat during the downtime, which also saves time. Personally, I don't find it worth it, but I can see the value if you really want to meet those characters.

I've always wanted to dine at this restaurant, I was at Disneyworld a couple weeks ago for my second time and my husbands first time and of course it was booked up when I tried to make a reservation a week ahead. As we were walking through the castle I decided to just walk up and see if there was a last min cancellation and there was! We got to eat there and it was AMAZING. My husband was a chef and is a huge foodie and he was pretty impressed. The scallop dish was to die for I highly suggest!

I did breakfast at CRT for my birthday once and it was magical. It wouldn't be the first place I dine on any trip, but for special occasions, first visits, etc. I think it makes a magical experience, especially with the beatiful views.

We have a July reservation for myself, my husband, my 7yo son and my 3yo daughter. I am excited to take them! My son is excited to see the inside of the castle and my daughter is obsessed with Cinderella right now. I know she is at the age when she will feel like it is all *real*. I’m a bit bummed that we won’t have all of the princesses and that my 3yo probably won’t remember it, but we are throwing caution to the wind and going for it. Ha! Their grandma is paying for a special experience for each of them, and she wanted to do the boutique for my 3yo. Since that isn’t currently an option, this feels like a whole family version of the same “Royal” experience that we can all enjoy together. :)

My sister's policy for Disney was to wait until the kids were four or five so that they would remember it. The lesson that we've learned from the pandemic is to not put things off. Your son will certainly remember. Your daughter might remember it with help from pictures. I believe that I have memories from when I was about three. The secret to memory building is for the kid to understand story narrative. A memory is just a narrative in which they are one of the characters.

My family and I went to Disney World for our first time and went to the Cinderella castle and ate breakfast 2018. The breakfast was amazing. The princesses walked out and came to our table and everything was awesome and worth every penny! The DFB guide videos I watched really had some great info.

I had dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table back in 2019 with one of my friends on the last day of the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend! It was the most memorable and magical dining experience for me. I loved meeting the princesses and my entree was especially well cooked! I had a great server as well! We went in December 2019. Kiddo just loved the whole experience. However, as someone with a number of very strict food limitations, even Disney's very clear menu listings were a bit of a challenge. The chef who came out to my table at Cinderella's Royal table recognized my issue with half an explanation and listed off what would also needed to be omitted and proposed a workable but flavorful option very quickly. We used the Deluxe Dining Plan for the trip and basically went through this once each night, but this was my best chef interaction experience within the park hands down. I can only hope that brought that particular chef back after all of the shut downs were lifted.

I am in the "Worth It" group. The life long memory that comes back every time the MK Castle appears in the news, or where ever is totally worth the money. The bragging rights alone make it worth it. The quality of the food, and the churn of the tables do not compare to glancing out the windows on a hot summer day, while you have a royal blue goblet in your had in a 2nd story air conditioned banquet hall with everyone outside wishing they were where you are now. Totally worth it. #1 on the memory maker effect list.

We have been to CRT two times now once for breakfast before the pandemic and once for lunch last years vacation and can honestly say that that’s going to be it for us. Two times was more than enough there. Be Our Guest on the other hand is a must do every vacation as soon as they bring back the quick service breakfast and lunch!!!!

First timers, HECK YEAH! We just completed our first visit to Disney World and got a last minute Reservation the day before. All of the food was great. Being called My King and My Queen, and My Princess was awesome. Not to mention, we basically had our own personal server. Best Character we had at Disney after Hollywood and Vine.

In December 2018, we were spending a week at WDW. We had bought tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and then my husband discovered that dinner was not part of those festivities. I quickly went through our dining options, and discovered that we could have dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table early in the evening. It was perfection. The princesses were a lot of fun to talk to, and the food options, while not the most exciting on the planet, were prepared well and served with a smile. A truly lovely evening.

I go to Cinderella's Royal Table every WDW trip. It's one of those experiences I always come back to. I usually go on my super long MK day and eat the earliest dinner available. I love it in there, and it is a great place to get out of the craziness for a bit.

We did it pre covid, late lunch worked great for us. When the princesses return would do it again. We didn’t feel rushed and totally took advantage of the whole experience. They gave us the wands too. As a diabetic they make me a very generous fresh fruit dessert, it was yummy.

Thank you for the vlog. I love DFB vlogs, so much information and it helps me with my trips. As for the question, " Is Cinderella's Royal table worth it for me?" I would say no. I do not have children and from what I understand , it is expensive and they seem to rush you. Also, character meals do not appeal to me. But that is me. However, if someone has a child that desires to meet princesses , then maybe it is worth the experience. That is my opinion. I will take a night at Raglan Road or House of Blues.

My best friend and I went in April and got an ADR for noon, couldn’t believe it! I’m a huge Cindy fan. My house reflects it, my hubby’s not such a fan. It was a bucket list thing for us, but I felt like it was WAY worth it! When we both had kids we’d go where they wanted to go, so it was a splurge for us as adults. The food was great, we left stuffed. And of course it is inside the castle so a must do for any Cindy fan. It IS probably better once the the other princess friends come back, but I still enjoyed it very much.

One word of warning for those with food allergies. This is the only restaurant on property that refuse to alter dishes because of allergies. To be fair, mine are not the most common ones (mustard, canola oil, and mushrooms), but they were not accommodating to it at all, so I ended up with food I wasn't thrilled with.

Before our 2020 trip was cancelled due to the park closure we had a breakfast reservation first thing in the morning to CRT. We've never been and I do still hope to try it someday, but I really appreciate the video! I don't like giving in to my FOMO for no reason!

I know how you feel. We had a breakfast reservation for CRT on our last day of our canceled trip, which would have been March 21, 2020. I’m still upset about that trip being canceled literally a few days before we were meant to go. However, hopefully we can go in 2022 (if things get more back to normal and prices don’t inflate to the point where it is no longer affordable). I hope you can go on your trip too!!!

LOVED Cinderella's Royal Table! But just like AJ says it's the ambiance that made our day. The food was not worth the price. Being in the castle and meeting all the Princesses was what made it special to us.

My husband & I ate at Cinerella's Royal Table during our last visit in December 2019. We booked a dinner reservation for the last time-slot of the evening so we could have dinner right after the fireworks. We also requested a window seat and after waiting a few extra minutes, they were able to grant our request. Although it was quite a late time to have dinner, we really enjoyed being able to eat our meal at our own pace without feeling rushed at all & it was so nice having a view of the Fantasyland Carousel right from our table. The food was mediocre and we likely won't eat there again next time we go - but I'm still glad we got to experience it once!

Me personally, I want to do this but also I want to experience the full experience. I book my trip last year right when shut downs were happing. I was at Magic Kingdom the last day it was open. I also booked the breakfast to meet the characters at the place on the Boardwalk, but that day it was changed to costume characters, no Flynn, Ariel, Eric. I was SO DISAPPOINTED. But understand the reason why. Hey AJ, just to let you know the adults LOVE the Princesses too. I'm almost 40 and LOVE meeting them. Rather meet them than Mickey. Thats why I really want to experience this, I'll go alone so for me its ok to spend 75, because its just me. I don't have to pay for anyone else.

Yes! Thank you! We don't do fireworks at all anywhere ever because our veteran family and friends have told us that fireworks scare the living bleep out of veterans! Crazy custom in the US, to "honor our veterans" by scaring them to death with flashbacks of their friends being killed before their eyes.

I took my granddaughter who was about 9 at the time, about 7 years ago! I don't care if they served gummy bears for dinner, totally worth it! She was in heaven! The castle ambiance was magical! All of the princesses came by our table individually and spoke to her! One even sang a Disney song with her! Unbeatable experience! I would wait for all covid restrictions to lift first! You want to make sure all the princesses will be there and able to interact!

The kitchen here is tiny, I’m taking a closet, I’m shocked that they can even put out the food they do, again, tiny tiny tiny, most of the items are pre cooked downstairs in the tunnel kitchen and reheated btw, enjoy

Did it once when my daughter was 8. Thought it would be a “one and dine.” Did it again when she was 16 and my youngest child (son) and as 6. Only did it for the “bittersweet memories...” remembering our first time, etc. Don’t need to ever do it again If I have grand daughters, Akershus has a plethora of princesses and 1900 Park Faire is sooo fun with the antics of the stepsisters, and you still get to see Cinderella.

Several years ago, we opted for Akershus in Epcot instead and had a great time. We saw Aurora, and got a formal picture with her, and also Ariel, Snow White, and Jasmine. They came to our table a couple of times each and had wonderful interactions with the kids. Several of them even joked around with the adults. I have been to CRT as well and felt like the characters were not as reserved here. We felt more as if they were our friends. I've heard it said that the food isn't terrific, but having been to CRT, I'd say it was just as good.

Good to know full payment is required on reservation, I wish Disney was more transparent about these rules, as NONE of that info is on their website unless you dig deep into their Forum-based questions with cast members! Ugh lol. Thanks DFB :)

The location is great, the decoration is amazing, but the food is ok. We went beginning of March 2021, so very limited princess interaction. Cinderella showed up roughly every 20-25 minutes. Also, we did not get a signature card...

We ate there the morning after the Princess Half in 2020…I didn’t stop during the run for character stops (except one, Panchito), so CRT was a great way to get pictures with my medal and a whole gaggle of princesses. It was my first real race and worth commemorating, it did feel special. The most expensive avocado toast ever. I’m more than happy with my quick serve mickey waffles for breakfast, so I don’t need to do this one again.

We were there mid-May this year. We are lucky enough to have been there a few times on previous trips when we had the dining plan. Definitely not worth it right now. No character interaction, no wands or wishing stars, overpriced for the quality of the food. If it is a once in a lifetime experience for you, I would wait until it is back to normal.

Back in 2009 we went here for dinner. The fairy godmother came in with all the mice and the whole place started to sparkle and she went and sang to the birthday people. She waved her magic wand. It was magical

it's worth doing at least one time, I'd wait until all the princesses return before I'd book to get the full experience. As far as which option, I'd suggest Dinner. We've eaten here 2 or 3 times, however, one time it was during the fireworks show and even though we weren't next to the window, you could see the lights reflecting off the stained glass windows and hear them so that was really neat.

My husband and I went to CRT several years ago. It was a ton of fun, and our waiter was hilarious. I love the pictures I have of my sweetie with the various princesses. We took the kids in 2019, and our 3 daughters had a lot of fun interacting with the princesses and quietly playing with the swords. Our youngest ‘stabbed herself’ and played dead when Jasmine came to our table. Because of course she did. A great memory, but we probably won’t splash out again.

Just noticed capacity at the parks was increased. MK was full to capacity well into July 19th and later. Looked a second time yesterday, and MK was available early July. Either a ton of people cancelled, or WDW increased capacity levels. With California and NYS going strong to remove all restrictions, I have no doubt WDW will be back to 100% capacity late July. Only if they can get their staff. They laid-off 30,000+ people and said they got about 80-90% to come back, I think?

I did my one and done with my wife before we had children. Now a single dad with a sassy princess of my own, she is going to love this. Hopefully the boutique will be open again so I can give her the best one and done experience. I am curious to see how they will accommodate my daughter being gluten intolerant.
