I don’t blame Emily for trying to stay so open minded… but it’s tiresome since it’s so undeserved!

@mamaheim I had a thought during the Daubert hearing for Dr. Russell that Lally might have spoken before he should have in declaring they would retry Karen Read and now it's gone so far the CW doesn't see a way out without getting in a lot of trouble with multiple heads rolling. If they retry and she's found not guilty then they can say we tried our best. This case is soooo convoluted that I don't think anyone will ever be able to truly sort it out.

The aphantasia thing, I don’t fit any of the categories really… if someone says to see an apple, I describe in words in my mind each part of the apple, how it looks, feels, smells, tastes etc. I can see or experience the specific bit I’m describing as I describe it with words in my mind, but I can never see an entire apple at once… so if it’s a red apple, I can see red, I can see white when I describe the inside, I can see a stem, I can see a general apple shape, but I can’t put it all together!

I am assuming the answer to this is no, but I just had my car towed recently. The tow truck driver not only visually looked for damages to note but also took pictures of my vehicle from all angles to make sure he can say he didn’t cause any damages to my car while be transported by him. Does the tow truck driver remember or have pictures like this. Does he remember at least about the tail light when he was hooking it up? Can he testify that it wasn’t completely broken out like the commonwealth says or it wasn’t like the defense says.

I for years thought i was having panic attacks at certain restaurants ( never cooked always at out for most part ) and then realized wait I eat …. X,y , z at this restaurant… I’m also allergic to celery salt and potato and potato starch which is incredibly difficult to avoid bc besides being in many items that seem logical - it’s also used so food doesn’t stick together- so frozen foods / shredded cheeses etc etc … So challenging and life altering !
