Crisp is the perfect description for these terribly cold temps that are so abnormal for the UK in September. I'm an American living in England and I've seen how cold it's going to get tomorrow for our low, and it's 36 degrees F. That's getting close to 0 Celsius and a shock to my system. I've not been diagnosed like it sounds you have, but, I am the exact same, with everything you said, plus a whole lot more. I wonder what I'd have to do to get checked to see if I suffer from that. Probably a years long wait because of the state of our NHS...? When you were diagnosed was there anything helpful that they did for you, or was it just good to know that there is a reason you process things differently? I don't know the first thing about Adult ADHD, other than the name.

@@Julia-uh4li to respond to your edit, my reasoning for saying Ian made a good point is that my initial reaction to the punishment was "that's barely a punishment and I think it should be more severe", then when Runkle pointed out that it's not just 5 days less holiday it's 5 days more on duty during which they can be naughty which is made the punishment even worse in my opinion. I may not be explaining myself well but I believe we both agree that the punishment is stupid & as far as I'm aware that is Runkle's opinion also 😊

It is pretty amazing how everyone keeps deflecting blame instead of owning up to their part in the situation. Baldwin’s lawyer didn’t seem to bring much to the table either; it feels like they got lucky with the judge’s decision. If the judge had decided differently, things could have turned out much worse for Baldwin. It’s frustrating to watch these players shift blame while failing to recognize their own shortcomings.

Regarding Karen Reed, Morrisey has so much heat on him right now, I think the special prosecutor is a political decision to give him breathing room. Honestly I thought it odd Lally was up there on his own. That’s a huge case for just one lawyer. High profile cases usually bring in multiple lawyers. I almost thought they were throwing him under the bus.

@donnafisher6212 I live in Canada. The Office of the Attorney General for my province sends out a letter and a questionnaire. You can either complete it online or fill it put and mail it back. It's a good tool to make the system more efficient, plus it's way less annoying to fill out a 5 minute survey than to sit at court all day waiting to be told you don't qualify.

As a teenager in the 90s, I regularly brought fruit to school and my friends and fellow students thought I was a freak (I never cared what people thought though). I used to bring a knife to cut the fruit and remember one of the dinner ladies insisting on confiscating it one day. It was only a devil's kitchen knife so I argued with the faculty about how much of a threat I really was to my fellow students until we came to a compromise. I love how you illustrate the diversity of “complex”. I work in a hospital. 100%- there are cases that are medically complex. I leave medical complexity to physicians. There’s also cases where what’s complex is insurance companies thinking it’s acceptable to hire questionably unethical people to harass and question the ethical decisions of medical staff.

I don't think you should be allowed to dismiss cases to punish prosecutors. Put them in jail, take away their licence, fine them, but you are taking justice from a victim, it isn't punishing the prosecutor it's punishing the victim and their family. Edit: If Baldwin gets fees they better be from Morrisey herself.

Agreed. Halyna Hutchins’ family cannot be happy with how this is being handled. I would not be thrilled with the prosecution or law enforcement if that was my family member who had been killed and this is how the case was handled.
