I love time lapses of road trips, especially when you get to see it slowly grow darker. I miss having the money/time/opportunity to travel as much as I did in previous years. :3

This is perhaps my favorite of the 'guest' letters. It reads like a love letter to wanderlust and relationships and community building and things in potentia and optimism. It's inspiring. And that's saying nothing of the absolutely stunning beauty of the film. I love it.
@carolineblueskies10 жыл бұрын
Loved the part about wanting to travel to find all those potential relationships vs. How would the relationships you already have be affected by leaving. So so relatable.

Even if it's longer than usual, I've loved it equally or even more than the previous ones. The images of the road do give you a feeling of calmness, and it's true you get to ponder on your life and everything around you while driving long distances.

Nice video Anton, it is so typical American, those Americans who dare to think beyond the highway. The impression I get is of a depressing infinite highway, the words reflecting dreams of a traveler with no time to breathe the fresh breeze of the ocean, or to admire a park full of flowers, a traveler who continues with what he was impossed to do, either unconciously or not.
@SunnyBear10 жыл бұрын
Norka Patricia Sandi It's not my video at all, I'm afraid. It's Michael Aranda's. :) But I agree that it has a very American feel to it, and I think it gives off a slightly romantic vibe.
@norkapatriciasandi319510 жыл бұрын
Yes, he dreams and it is different then the dreamer walking in a contemplative manner, presented in your video song. I thought of that when I saw and listened what the author had to say in the video you shared yesterday.
@norkapatriciasandi319510 жыл бұрын
I see the difference, I do not judge, I am only interested in understanding the way people feel and see things. There are dreams and dreamers, dreams can happen as you drive or as you walk and contemplate the woods or the night.
@SunnyBear10 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is two different kinds of dreaming. I would like to go on a roadtrip across the US one day, I think it would provoke the same kind of feelings in me. :)

I love Michael. I love Emily. I love this series. I love introspect made extraspect for our benefit. I love that KZbin gives. 'I love' is a strong phrase, my most beloved in its first meaning, but the influence and power and beauty of thought is my second most beloved. Individual thought is so underestimated, left unpursued by a fast, collective society. Rambled thoughts, sorry. A beautiful video.
