I was actually born in the seventies and you did really well with this video. I am a hippie but I don't dress in clothes from a specific era. I just wear what I love. Which means I'm mixing in modern elements. My standard dress code is leggings, a t-shirt and a long skirt or leggings with a dress over the top. With a cardigan or hoodie. In summer I'm usually wearing a flannel over top instead. So I guess you'd call me a neo hippie lol.

I'm also getting into the 70s fashion (leaning more towards the rocker and 70s metal scene, but I'm not afraid of a bit of flower power color!) And I'm also a short girlie so YES PLATFORM BOOTS, I found two pairs yesterday (and successfully fell in one of the pairs 😅) and nearly cried, I have such trouble finding clothes and shoes that fit! I was a teenager in the 70's! I had a turquoise turtle neck (or polo neck as they're often called in the UK) which was so synthetic it crackled and gave off tiny sparks when I took it off, and my hair picked up the static and looked like a dandelion clock! They say you shouldn't wear a vibe you wore first time round, and sure enough, I'm drawn to the hippie/boho look that my (much) older sisters would have been wearing. Love that these things go in cycles! Are 90's fluorescent shell suits back yet?

Girl rock it!! If you feel comfortable and like yourself in what you wear then that’s all that matters! Your confidence and you is what people will notice. I know it can be hard to believe people aren’t judging your body but trust me just wear what you wanna wear!
