totally agree. That and theft got so out of hand at my all three of my Walmarts in town- they locked up the makeup behind glass at the two smaller Walmarts, and at the larger one, they make you purchase your products before you leave the cosmetics area. I pretty much purchase most of mine at Target and Ulta now anymore, because I hated getting someone every time I wanted to buy something at the smaller Walmarts, and I could tell they were judging me at the bigger Walmart for my make up obsession. At least at Ulta, I have kindred spirits, and there are already testers for people who need to see how a product looks/swatches before they buy- lol- speaking of, due to the recent Makeup Revolution release of the Emily Edit palettes, I am now at Platinum status. lol for the first time ever. Woohoo! I've always wanted to go platinum, just never spent that money in the store.

emilynoel83 I found that spinning storage thing at Aldi yesterday too! Love a good haul. I had good luck at Old Navy this year, some nice basic tops and cute capri jeans. Not running after anyone, but I still like to be cute and comfy. Not going to spend $40 (on sale...lol) for a henley at Nordstrom when I can get the same thing at Target!

Crystal ASMR Yes! Target, Walmart and Kohl’s are where I shop for clothes. Just basic comfy shorts, yoga pants, plain t-shirts and tank tops. I keep it easy too! If my clothes get messed up, I don’t feel bad because most of what I buy for clothing is within the $3-$6 range. Lol.

Hi Emily, Thanks for another great video. I live in a small county in Florida,we only have 1 Wal-Mart. It is always picked over, people opening products, smearing nail polish swatches all over sign displays. I totally agree, it's vandalism of property, also a lot of theft as told to me by a Wal-mart associate. My point is a lot of people in this town lack respect & courtesy. Things that would be common sense. I just drive 20 miles to another Wal-mart and find what I need no problem. I also take trips to Target which is further, but that's ok. Keep these random hauls coming. Love ya!😊

I love the ELF brow pencil. I've gone through at least 4 of them. I reach for it over my high end brow pencils. That drives me crazy when people open every product on the shelf! This is exactly why drugstores need to put out testers! I usually have to order foundation, concealer and lip products online after I see what shade is best for me. It's annoying but I won't buy anything that was opened! Love you Emily.

Than you Emily for mentioning the sampling of drugstore products. I am the dept manager of the cosmetics dept at a big box store and I see this all the time. Customers don't realize these products are sealed for their protection. I am not allowed to say anything to the customers as they are opening and sampling with the products. We have a return policy in place you can always return or exchange a product if it doesn't work for you. I have to claims out so much product that has been opened or tested by our customers not to mention that its just not a pleasant shopping experience when you keep picking up products that have been opened and tampered with. In a perfect world it would be nice to have testers in the dept, however with the amount of traffic our store gets it would be impossible to keep them clean and sanitary, not to mention the tester s would all get stolen (sad but true). I'm sorry my rant is now over.

I love the Elf eyebrow pencil too!!! I had chemotherapy 20 years ago and unfortunately I wasn't left with much eye brow hair. The Elf pencil works wonders for me. I use the taupe color and never feel slighted with the end result!!!! The price is awesome too!!! Rock on Emily!!!!

I 100% relate to the "mom" wardrobe! I used to be SO into getting designer clothes and always looking put together. Now that I have a 3-year-old boy, all I care about is comfort and functionality. And, like you, I feel great in those kinds of clothes! My makeup is where I express myself the most. H&M has great dresses like that, too. They are usually $4.99. My 7 year old loves them, we've been buying them since she was little. We move them to nightgowns once they are too short to wear out. They have solids, prints, even animals on them :)

Completely agree about the basic shirts and tanks as a mom. Honestly, most days I wear tshirts, leggings, and either flip flops or sneakers. I just dont see the need to dress up when most days Im home all day with my daughter. I actually do have some nice clothes in my closet but I rarely get the chance to wear them. I really love kimono style cardigans for those days where i do want to dress up a bit more. I can throw the kimono over a basic white, black, or brown tank top with some leggings and sandals and I feel cute but comfy. Walmart has really nice tanks and shirts but next time you are there check out their active-wear type of shorts and their leggings. Love them.

THANK YOU for being real about not being a clothes person! I love seeing people who care to dress really well but I just can't make myself want to be a fashionista haha. As a nursing mom who also has a toddler I am almost always covered in food and/or bodily fluids and easy washing basics are my jam. The next time you go to Walmart look over by the nail polish and nail care. My Walmart has some Coty Airspun powder there and up above the powder are two Equate brushes for like $4 and $5. These brushes are awesome!!!! You need to try them!!!

I'm with you on clothes. I work in a daycare so 5 days a week, I am around like 24 kids. I want to buy cheaper, simple clothes that i don't get if it gets messed up. Yay for hauls!! 😍🙌😍🙌 I'm the same way...hauls are SO much more fun than PR, and I'm saying that as someone who gets a LOT of PR...the thrill of the hunt, especially when it comes to drugstore makeup is my favorite thing. I just swatched those Rimmel palettes on my channel and I agree with you on the UltraViolet one...the shades do need to be built up a little bit and a lot of the purples look similar on the eyes. But I still love it because there aren't a lot of purple palettes out there. ❤️

I have to say that totally agree with you on everything! First, I miss old-school hauls but so few people do them anymore. You learn so much about a person when watching them. Secondly, every single time I go to the makeup section, so much of the makeup has been opened and played with. Usually its done by teenagers, and I know this because a lot of the time they are still in the vicinity doing it. This has stopped me from getting things I wanted multiple times because there wasn't a single one that hadn't been messed with. One thing that I missed out on was the special edition physicians formula set. Last of all, I totally agree about the clothes. I'm not a mom, but if i were, I wouldn't want to dress up everyday. When I have my nephews over, I never know what kind of messes we will make. And while your looks are casual, they still cute.

Hi Emily! If you haven’t already, you might want to give Old Navy online a try. Great tanks, tees, blouses, jeans, etc. plus, you can shop for the whole family there. My two boys were raised in Old Navy; school, play, and dressier shirts with slacks for play and dinner out with the folks. I don’t shop in the stores, but online is great. They have plenty of sale items, coupons, and cash awards, which are always helpful for a growing family. ❤️

I completely agree with you about people getting into makeup at Walmart, drug store. That IS THE SAME AS SHOP LIFTING! It cant really be sold after that! That annoys me so so bad! I do wish there was more testers at the drug store, but like you said you can return it and it so cheap..... I love the way my two year old smells! And my older daughter always smelled so so good. I love Walmart clothes - I get all my workout racerback tanks (under $5) at Walmart and I love the Athletica shorts (under $7)- they are knit - aren't too short and wash up beautifully. I got 6 pair this year and couldn't be happier. Everything washes great and doesn't shrink.

They are the Athletic brand and say they are french terry but they are not heavy at all, only have a french terry looking inside. They are just perfect - not too short, not long - you can find them on their website or in store in the women's section that has like workout clothes. They have front pockets only which I need.

I love hauls. It’s like looking inside someone’s closet with out feeling like a creeper! I bought the cutest comfy breezy tank top at Walmart this summer. We recently moved to a small town, about an hour from any real shopping, but we do have a Walmart. I too have found so many gems at target over the years, but now I’m going to have to browse the clothing section at Walmart! I’m so with you on the inexpensive, comfortable tops for spending days at home with little kids.

Oh my gosh!! I bought those no boundaries shirts last week! Got the Burgundy, that olive /army green...they also had black and a light pink I picked up as well! They also had decent wide strap tanks same brand,same SOFT material. I got similar colors,but they also had a pink one with tiny kitty ears, whiskers,and the word "meow" where the little face WOULD be. Totally ADORBS!!! Bought THAT TOO

I like the art of fashion, but I'm a practical dresser and have to be comfortable. I no longer work a career job where I have to wear office business clothes, and am able to wear leggings and comfy oversize shirts or skirts with a cute t-shirt or tank. Thrifting, hand me downs and Walmart or Target have been my options for purchasing. I can find unique items when thrifting and some awesome finds like a beautiful pale Tiffany blue patterned Ralph Lauren silk maxi skirt for $6.

I am in love with the cushion lip tints! I like that they kind of dry down a bit without drying out my lips and it hangs on nicely once it kind of sets. I’ve got a bunch of the colors!

Yep, I couldn't agree more about the clothes! I'm a stay-at-home mom of teenage boys and still dress comfortable and casual for everyday. So much easier that way! Thanks for the makeup reviews too!

I love the basic tees & tanks from Walmart! This summer I've been wearing the Time and Tru brand scoop neck layering tanks non stop! I own just about every shade they make & I'm really impressed with the quality. They are so soft! Thank you for sharing all your goodies with us! 😘❤

The best thing to put on a kids face is a Cetaphil moisturizer in a big jar with the green lid. It was prescribed by our pediatrician for dry skin and it’s great for face and body. But you can by it out of counter pretty much in any drugstore or Walmart. I use it mostly in winter when my daughter’s skin tends to be drier.

I am an avid thrifter/bargain shopper and I dress comfortably and it’s not just t-shirts and leggings/jeans. Not hating at all but you don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort/price at all! Even just adding a nice necklace or a layering piece for filming would really amp up your look.
