Emily I love how you apply your makeup. I apply eyeshadow much like you do. You have to wear it in such a way that it accentuates your face/eye shape. If you have naysayers who've been complaining about, "the same look," then they're clearly on the wrong channel. You've always been approachable, relatable, and inspiring with your makeup because you connect with people who want everyday, wearable looks, but still want to have fun with it. You do this perfectly!!! You explore color and fun but you keep it reachable for those who want that. Oh, I Love this look. As a person of color, I always try to get out of my comfort zone with warm toes, and cool tones. Don't get me wrong, I love both especially in the fall, but I always try to do colors like green, blue, or Yellow with a touch of burnt orange and brown and it always looks wonderful in a wearable way. I'm so glad you're doing this series. It's fun! I just did a different version of green today, but it's more for fun, like Halloween! LOL!! Can't wait for the next color. 😊😍 Pay no attention to those people who are not in alignment with fun. They're just having a bad day, and just wanted someone or something to say. I absolutely love this look, and I'm looking forward to buying this new little palette from MUFE. I also like to use a shadow stick and combine with powder eyeshadow. I personally like to use a light brown or taupe shade in the crease, and it's a perfect balance of cool and warm tones. Over the last few months, I've also noticed some comments regarding how you do your makeup, especially eyeshadow, the same way. I personally don't see a problem with how you do it, Emily, and I've been watching your videos religiously since 2015! You're a regular person living your best life. There's no reason for a stay at home mom to be doing wild eyeshadow looks on the daily, unless that's what you really want to do. Otherwise, it's not realistic. I think as it is, you probably wear more makeup than the average person (I do too), and I love watching you put on makeup, especially eyeshadow. Not only is it therapeutic to watch, but I've learned so much from you. All this to say, do what makes you happy and works for your lifestyle.❤

Just from the thumbnail, I already know I'm gonna love this video 💙 but I've loved every video so far too! 😊 I wear more color than neutrals now, but you're the one who made makeup fun for me many years ago and helped make color more approachable ❤ it really doesn't have to be complex to be fun! And I just want to say that I recently got a Revlon super lustrous in Electric Melon because it looked so good on you in that try-on video you did a while ago! We have similar coloring but I'm always a little hesistant with brighter colors like that. But I took the plunge because of how much you loved it.
