I still have and use the L’Oréal infallible single eyeshadows! They’re so smooth and pigmented! Definitely something that could be sold at Sephora. Nars sheer glow is my favourite foundation (and I’ve tried A LOT!) Perfect amount of coverage, can be applied with fingers, sponge or brush, and it’s not matte or shiny, it’s just skin-like. Lasts throughout my work day without looking gross by the end of it.

I am so glad that my most beloved products are still around. The Maybelline age rewind concealer is my favorite and I always keep one as backup, as well as the UD All Nighter Setting Spray, this keeps my makeup last all day without ending up a oily slick mess.

I found the De-Slick to work better than the All Nighter for some reason. I live in NYC and summers are brutal, especially on underground subway platforms and the De-Slick kept my makeup from melting off my face more than the All Nighter. We all get to the office looking like red faced, sweaty marathoners that haven't showered in a week but at least my makeup is mostly intact lol

I personally love that you are getting into a more simplified makeup look. You're growing, and you have a family now, so you're busy! Two or three colours of eye shadow is plenty for a normal day, and I love that you use more of the CC & BB creams too. When you add concealer and powder, you get enough coverage without having to use a full coverage foundation. I think a lot of people are starting to pull away from the hyper consumerism in the beauty industry, and realizing the amount of money they have spent on makeup, that ultimately goes bad and has to be thrown away. It's important to get it down to a manageable assortment of products, that you can use before it expires. I have boxes of new makeup from BoxyLuxe & Boxy Premium, stacked in my closet. More than I could ever use or give away to friends and family. So I enjoy seeing you pull back on the amount of products that you buy, and showing us how to use old fav's and shop our stash. Anything you do is alright with me! Love you girl

I have a LONG to-do list of videos that includes my own ideas & also requests from viewers. At some point during the weekend I decide what 3 videos I'm going to tackle during the week ahead, often shooting on Sunday and Monday morning- and then whatever remaining day that the schedule works out (this is usually dictated by the amount of time available before Rhett & the girls wake up!)

Love Becca highlighter - I have Moonstone, and for me it is subtle, yet really works! Do you ever use the Elf make-up mist? It's my holy grail - really takes down the powdery look and for me, makes my makeup last. I agree - shopping the Brand websites (especially Bobbi Brown) you often get great little bonuses.

I never would have put those two eyeshadows together, even though I own both of them. Amber Rush is my holy grail eye shadow. I’ve used it so much that I have “hit pan” on the bottom. Prismatic Amethyst is my favorite Becca highlight. I also really enjoy the liquid version. TJMaxx had both Opal and Moonstone in the squeeze tube on sale. I love the subtlety in those.

*Emily, you've got to check out the MAC lipstick in the shade 'Skew.' It's a really beautiful shade and it's EXACTLY the kind of color that you love. I recently purchased it (at Bloomingdale's website) and the shade 'CB 96' which is very unique and makes a gorgeous cream blush!! Skew is kind of a berry pink with a hint of iridescence in it. It's such a lovely color and it's just the kind of shade you would go nuts for!*

UD All nighter is still my HG setting spray, I just purchased another one from Sephora the other day lol. And I do still have 2 or 3 of the L’Oréal infallible eyeshadows, I haven’t actually used them in probably years and I’m sure they’re expired but I just can’t get rid of them because I used to love them sooo much!! 😂 Oh and MAC whirl is such a classic fave!!!
